It’s amazing how fast we go from cleaning the damn road salt off ones car to cleaning bugs off the windshield. Well that’s what happened this weekend and it is a much needed lift.
Now when it first reaches 80 degrees F a man simply needs to forget about all the good stuff he mostly eats and just stoke up the grill: beef, corn-on-the-cob and a baked Idaho Potato.
Ok, add some grapes, tomatoes, olives and wine to justify the indulgence! This is food!
