Birds of All Kinds Here on Fleet Week
We are here in San Francisco and it happens to be Fleet Week. So here are a few shots from Marina Green. It’s a perfect day in a perfect city.
The city and the bay were near perfect today. I can’t imagine being anywhere else today. There is very little to say as this day needs simply to be experienced.
To mix things up a bit there was this America’s Cup Trials. The US Team came from behind to win! Of course – there was no other option. Odd as they don’t race those old sailboats anymore and these cats fly across the water.
The air show ended with the Blue Angels flying over the Bay in an amazing display. I tell you if one is going to attend an air show, San Francisco Bay in October is no better place.
We ended the night with an Asian Fusion dinner just as all the SF Giants fans were returning to the city on BART. They lost 0-9 to the Reds. Funny I am not even remotely a baseball fan, but I felt their pain.
