Fried Health Food?

OK, I am back at home in Maryland, and ironically, it has never really been home, as I rarely live here. But it is the only home I have.

I succumbed to the local seafood method of preparation: frying. For the record I did not deep-fry and used a good quality olive oil AND had some great stir-fried fresh veggies as counterbalance (asparagus, red/orange bell peppers, onion, garlic, shiitake mushrooms and black olives). Add a little Jasmine brown rice and red wine, and dinner is served.

I am still convinced that the threat of these dumb-ass terrorist is infinitesimal relative to the crap Americans eat every day.
