Homemade Pizza still at C+

OK, so I tried a famous Brooklyn pizzeria recipe with 50% Caputo 00 and 50% general flour – but I really added some whole wheat flour for the sake of it.

Odd mix of chopped clams, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red bell peppers, onions, chopped garlic, fresh basil, and well – red salmon. So, I brought a case of canned red salmon on Amazon, and concluded it does not belong on pizza. But it was good anyway.

I am still thinking there is no place for whole wheat flour in pizza. What a shame!
