I Reinvented the Burger Joint – and it Includes . . . Well I Can’t Tell You Just Yet

The 1,400 mile return journey ended tonight safely home at my undisclosed location in the middle of nowhere – all because of poor planning on my part, and a $30 part malfunction on my heat pump. This is a most miserable winter – but I know how to predict it to lessen the impact.

I spent a nice evening in Champaign, Illinois – the longest one day trip ever from Piney Point not by air. That sacrifice made day two of the drive so much easier.

I lunched at the “Iowa’s best burger café” on whim. It was not – but still far better than the crap served at the billion crappy fast food burger places around the universe. It did give me a billion dollar idea for the next great burger joint.

In spite of the misery, it is still nice to have two homes. I could see three or four spaced out over the continents.
