Leaving Cow Country – and They Don’t Seem to Care

Boy I miss my pickup truck, and I never had this problem of collecting too much stuff when working overseas. I come to a client’s site with whatever I can carry – via airplane or auto. I expect to stay a few months, but I stay a year. Oddly I have more stuff than when I came.

Cow Country

So today I picked up the remnants of my year long stay at my undisclosed location in the middle of nowhere. I reserved the tiniest U-Haul trailer available, but they “upgraded” me to a larger trailer that I did not need. I hate U-Haul and I always have – but they are the only game in town.

Tomorrow I will be home for a time – then back to Mexico for some unfinished business. No rest for the wicked!
