OK, I eat only real whole wheat bread, pasta and brown rice. But . . . for pizza I am going back to the source – Napoli.

There ain’t no brown whole wheat crap in Neapolitan Pizza.

Too bad I don’t have a wood-fired oven at 700 F. I will manage!
