Spring Cleaning in January (or Dodging Dystopia through Denial)

Spring Cleaning in January (or Dodging Dystopia through Denial)

I work with a brilliant group of aerospace design and stress engineers from China, Italy, Israel, India, Spain, Iran, Czech Republic, Romania, Nepal and even the Republic of Texas (and a few native Californians of course). This is the best team I have ever worked with. We all get along just fine (although technical debates can get a bit boisterous).

Many, like me, are home away from home. And all, like me, live a mile or two from the airport. So, I have this massive house, void of most furniture, and Spring is arriving (this is Southern California).

It was the perfect sunny and warm weekend for a major yard clean up. I picked up some cheap patio furniture and hauled 600 lbs. of mulch. Let the cookouts begin!
