OK, I understand that when substituting ingredients there are consequences. I took a perfect Caputo Tipo “00” flour from Napoli and mixed in an organic whole wheat flour. Disaster! Fucking whole wheat has no place in pizza. Neither does marinated pork tenderloin, but that’s another story.
