Life must go on despite all the madness and sadness in the world today. I finally signed the lease for my small unit yesterday and pick up the keys on Monday. The reality is that I don’t need this place until next year, but had I not grabbed it, the opportunity would vanish.
I opted to keep it simple, only adding a sink, epoxy flooring and an auto garage door for starters. The facility has toilets and showers if needed. It will be wonderful to set up my office on the mezzanine (and out of my master bedroom).
Downstairs I will continue resin infusion development on a subscale. I’m developing a carbon/epoxy laminate that is crystal clear, scratch & UV resistance and flame retardant (it helps that I know a few polymer chemists). Until the Sprinter comes, I can setup my home gym and mini music & photo studios.
