Once a week anyway. I have been trying to find some whole wheat flour locally and online to no avail.
So, good old white flour will do (it is tastier than whole wheat). The Cuputo 00 is perfect for pizza dough, but costly and rare. So, I mix in a bit of bread flour to stretch it out.
