For five weekends I have been struggling to downsize from a 3 bedroom house to a small newly converted garage apartment in the hills of Monterey. I likely moved, re-boxed or tossed everything I own in California a half dozen times.
I finally opted to add storage above my shop stairwell. The top level proved perfect to store a twin mattress (of which I have two). I can’t say if I will ever sleep there, but it sure is cool spot to take a little rest.
