It sucks being on a budget, but it is a discipline long overdue for an overpaid aerospace contractor. I am sick of the normal cycle of my routine, so each week I am trying something new.
I was never a fan of chicken thighs (loved by the elites as they are moist and flavorful). But this recipe called for them, so I ordered boneless/skinless organic. It worked!
For anything vaguely Greek, Kalamata olives and Feta cheese are a match made in heaven. This was good, but not great. C+. When I find a recipe coming in at B-, I will publish it.
Two weeks until spring arrives in Piney Point. That’s when I start separating the junk, from the stuff I will sell, to the stuff I will keep when moving to Nevada.
